Talk to [Urutu Chief Hatos] Hatos, up the southern ramp. He gives you 
1 Hatos's 1st Order.

Talk to [Centurion] Parugon.

Buy 3 Scrolls of Escape; it's a long walk.

Hunt down the [Quest Monster] Varangka's Messenger and kill him to get the 
1 Letter to Human. Take the paths northeast to the path loop, and then take the south then east path from there to the Cave of Trials area. Cross the bridge and continue straight east up the hill.

Return to [Urutu Chief Hatos] Hatos. He takes order1 and gives you 
1 Hatos's 2nd Order.

Kill the [Quest Monster] Varangka's Messenger again for a 
1 Letter to Dark Elf.

Return to [Urutu Chief Hatos] Hatos. He takes order2 and gives you 
1 Hatos's 3rd Order.

Kill the [Quest Monster] Varangka's Messenger again for a 
1 Letter to Elf.
9
Return to [Urutu Chief Hatos] Hatos. He takes order 3 and the 3 letters, for a 
1 Butcher's Sword.
