Talk to [Trader] Shari. She gives you 
1 Boomboom Powder.

Talk to [Warehouse Chief ] Reed. He gives you some 
1 Redstone Beer.

Talk to [Blacksmith] Brunon. You will have to give him the 
1 Bolter's Smelly Socks to get the 
1 Miner's Pick.

Return all the items to [Miner] Bolter, for 
450 Adena.

Miner Bolter, a member of the Gray Pillar Guild, lives at the Strip Mine. He asks you to bring him some things from the village. Visit Trader Shari's weapons shop, Trader Garita's store, Warehouse Chief Reed and Blacksmith Brunon and bring back the items that Miner Bolter is seeking.
