The Duda-Mara Totem Spirit orders you to give him some Bitter Cold Vodka if you want real power. Master Chef Donath in Goddard can make it.

Chef Donath needs an Ice Crystal to make Bitter Cold Vodka. You can get an Iice Crystal if you do what Chef Jeremy asks.

Master Chef Donath makes you the Bitter Cold Vodka. He said it is of slightly lower quality than the real stuff, but should be good enough. Take it to Prefect Lakan of the Town of Goddard.
