Talk to [Pet Manager ] Cooper.

Talk to [Elder] Cronos. Ask Cronos to make a Fairy Stone. He gives you a list of items.

For 
1 Fairy Stone, you will need to collect 
10 Coal, 
10 Charcoal, 
1 Gemstone D, 
3 Silver Nugget, and 
10 Toad Lord Back Skin. Go to Cruma Swamp and kill Toad Lord to get the skins. The rest can be bought/hunted for throughout Aden.

For 
1 Deluxe Fairy Stone, you will need to collect 10 Coal, 10 Charcoal, 1 Gemstone D, 5 Silver Nugget, 
1 Stone of Purity, and 20 Toad Lord Back Skin. (The Deluxe Fairy Stone will get you 
20 Food For Hatchling at the end of the quest.)

Go to Dion and talk to Maria.

Go to the Enchanted Valley and talk to [Fairy] Mimyu. She will tell you about the dragons that are scattered all over the world. We need to talk to one of them (exactly one, we don't need to rush around all of them), and bring the egg of this dragon. From the egg, the fairy will make us a dragon.

Talk to [Drake] Kalibran.

Kill Road Scavenger to collect 
20 Egg of Drake Kalibran.

Talk to [Drake] Exarion.

Kill Leto Lizardman Warrior to collect 
20 Egg of Drake Exarion.

Talk to [Wyrm] Suzet.

Kill Breka Orc Overlord to collect 
20 Egg of Wyvern Suzet.

Talk to [Wyrm] Shamhai.

Kill Dead Seeker to collect

Elder Cronos
Quest that must be completed in order to obtain a pet hatchling. Visit Pet Manager Cooper and tell him that you wish to raise a hatchling. He will tell you to seek help from Elder Cronos of Hunters Village.

Make a Fairy Stone
After collecting the items requested by Elder Cronos, find Maria in the Town of Dion and ask her to make a Fairy Stone for you. Take the Fairy Stone to Cronos and he'll tell you what you need to do next.

Fairy's Existence
Take the completed Elven stone to Guard Byron and ask him about fairies.

In Search of a Fairy
Go to Fairy Valley and find a fairy who will talk with you.

In Search of a Dragon Species
Take the juice of monkshood that Fairy Mimyu gave you to the drake or wyrm that she introduced you to.

Find the Stolen Eggs
Recover 20 stolen eggs.

Hatching Ritual
Take the eggs to Fairy Mimyu.
